Easy Returns
We want you to be happy! If you're not completely thrilled with something you buy on Jermain Taylor Merchandise Store, you have 5 days to notify us. (Susan@JermainTaylor.com) Unfortunately, these types of items aren't returnable unless we made a mistake in your order or in shipping. No items will be returned with out first obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
The instructions below are designed to expedite the return or your merchandise. Each of the steps below must be followed in order for Us to provide you with a satisfactory experience.
Return by mail...
- Place the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Include all paperwork, and Return Authorization Number
- Give the reason for your return, and put it in the package
- Put the return address label from the packing slip over your original shipping address on the package
- Insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number
- Please don't send C.O.D.-we can't accept it
Merchandise Returns Address:
An address will be given once you obtain a Return Authorization Number. Thank You |
